As part of the ALAS ‘s Support Groups, yoga classes are offered to participants. Support groups are offered to provide a venue for cancer survivors and their family and friends to share their stories, concerns and celebrations. It is a place that provides empathic, emotional support for Hispanic/Latinas faced with breast cancer. These groups are facilitated in Spanish.
